Home in a Conservation Community

A dream home built with accessibility and grandchildren in mind

In a master-planned rural conservation community, our clients have created a paradise for teaching and playing with their grandchildren. The two car garage with upstairs apartment is attached to the primary home through a connector and entry, the upper half of which accommodates a huge library. Proceeding to the main home, the ground floor semi-open kitchen and dining area and the first floor master suite have been future-proofed for aging in place with a walk-in tub and other thoughtful features. The center of the living area opens to above in a dramatic thirty foot ceiling ringed by stairs and topped with a habitable lexan-floored cupola space. The paneled walls display maps and other artifacts of the owners’ lifelong passion for travelling the world.
